I am a Theatre Administrator with 20 years of experience in Opera and Theatre working in Costume Shop Management, Season Organization, Theatrical Rentals.  I have a multi-faceted skill set, but pride myself most in my communicative, genuine, committed management style. My problem solving has often been hands on, working with my teams to overcome challenges presented in live theatre. I maintain a solid network of resources and artisans: in addition to staying abreast of current industry standards and practices. My inclusive leadership style, sense of humor, and understanding of needs has formed strong working connections resulting in efficiency and beautiful storytelling.
